IT Managers – End of Month from an IT perspective
Accountants are not necessarily conversant with keeping a system running well, from a software perspective.
We have creates a shortcuts menu specifically for the IT department, so that they do not have to understand the accounting side of things at all, but they can do the tasks necessary to keep the software running optimally.
Unzip the attached shortcuts file, put it;
drive letter:\attache\data folder \ users\IT user name folder
When that user logs in, under the menu item, Shortcuts, will be the specific links to what is required.
