Jobs / Project Costing Management
Manage and control the full project cycle, from estimating and budgeting through to capture of actual costs, management of work in progress and final billing. The Job Costing module includes the following features.
Features include
· Flexible job code structure.
· Print job cards (customisable)
· Create a quote for the job, or create a new job (including budgets) from a quote.
· Allocate materials from stock or supplier purchases especially for the job.
· Allocate machine time spent on a job.
· Create invoices automatically using stock, purchases, and time spent on the job.
· Enter budgets (quantity and value) for labour, materials and other cost categories. Print budget variance reports.
· Allocate employee time - each employee can be costed at different rates for different types of work, customer or job.
· Invoice details can be consolidated and hidden on printed invoice.
· Multiple invoice layout available. Create your own additional layouts.
· Multiple invoices per job allowed. ie. progress claim invoices.
· Extensive on-screen enquiries and reports including Jobs List, Job Costs Totals, Job Cost Details, Job Budget Variance and more.
· Multiple job departments are supported. Create departments for different job types, company divisions etc.
· Create up to 84 additional fields to store information specific to your industry or business. Eg. Special job instructions, location of drawings etc.
