How do I get help ?

You can email, or phone any of the contacts on the home page.  Short advice and help is free.  Anything that takes the support person more than 15 minutes to answer may be charged.

Where can I find training times and places ?

Attaché Software does some training, within Australia and New Zealand.  We do training on demand, wherever required.  Please email us for schedules or make a request.

Why don't the tutorials work on my computer?

You need to allow pop ups for this site. Otherwise the links will be ignored.  You also need to be able to view Shockwave files.  This is a free download form the internet.  Just type shockwave into your search engine, and download.

What exactly is a dealer, and are they employed by Attache ?

Attaché is a software company. It has a support line for end users, which is charged.  Dealers and sub dealers are Attaché  agents, who must undergo and pass training annually. They are independent of Attaché financially. It is your choice as to which dealer or dealers you use.

Dealers use the special Attaché support line to get help when they do not know the answers.  Sub dealers are attached to a particular dealer, and get their support from the dealers.

Because of the rigorous training involved, a company is not an Attaché dealer or sub dealer, a person is. YOU can get a list at any time from us as to who are the currently registered people in your area.
